The David Group, Inc. is a company founded by Issac David in 1981 to serve not only as a fully licensed and bonded General Contractor, but also a manufacturer and installer of custom furniture and cabinetry for commercial and residential use. In addition, The David Group, Inc. performs such services as design consulting and construction management for many distinguished commercial and residential clients. The David Group, Inc. has self-imposed high standards of quality and service to our customers. The company started in 1981, under the name of Design by Issac, Inc., by primarily producing custom residential and commercial millwork for the Southeastern Region of the U.S. The company quickly grew and prospered from a one-man operation to a 40 man staff. In 1991, Mr. David decided to continue the companys' growth by changing the name to ID Development, Inc. and expanding into the residential and commercial construction markets. This expansion led the company to be more versatile and more experienced in the construction building and management areas. In 1994, Mr. David was contacted by Just For Feet, Inc. to become the exclusive construction manager and contractor for the company. ID Development, Inc. was directly responsible for overseeing an expansion program which increased the number of stores from 6 to an approximate total of 350 in 6 years time while maintaining all budget parameters and providing consistent on-time performance. In 1999, as Just For Feet, Inc. closed its' doors, The David Group, Inc. replaced ID Development, Inc. as the new name of the organization and operations have continued as they have in the past. Furthermore, Mr. David went on to expand the company in new areas of developing. In 2003 International Investments, LLC was formed and began to manage and develop residential and commercial spaces.
